1. All prices are subject to local, provincial and federally mandated taxes and fees.
2. Deposit equal to first nights room and tax is due 7 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable in event of no-show or cancellation with under 7 days notice. Should you need to cancel you must do so at least 7 days prior to arrival in the manner in which you booked. For assistance call 1-800-333-9112 to speak with our front desk.
3. Cancellation due to weather, ferries, airlines or other transportation changes are not subject to hotel refund, travel insurance is recommended.
4. Valid credit card and matching government issued ID of the primary guest is required for presentation and verification at check in. A pre-authorization value including outstanding charges and refundable security deposit ($50-$250, length of stay dependent) will be processed at arrival and finalized on departure. We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa.
5. Guaranteed Check-in time: 3pm, Check out time: 11am. Sorry, no late checkouts. All Children (18 and under) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. You must be 19+ to reserve and occupy a room.
6. Guest count (adults, children) must be disclosed during booking and all guest names are required to be registered during check in and can not exceed bedding capacity of the guest room. Room rates are based on single/double adult occupancy and additional nightly fees apply for extra adult occupant above this using existing bedding within room.
7. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and failure to comply may result in police involvement and subsequent removal form the hotel.
8. Onsite parking is $24+taxes/night per vehicle. Permits must be obtained from front desk and space is first come, first available. Underground height clearance is 6'5" maximum. No onsite EV charging available. Alternate outdoor paid options, including EV charging are available in Sun Peaks Village, please ask front desk staff. 
9. Please advise us in advance if you intend to travel with your pet. Limited rooms are pet friendly (up to 2 pets, we allow dogs and cats) and must be pre-arranged. A pet waiver is required to be completed and our nightly pet fee ($20+taxes) will be added to your reservation. Pets must not disrupt other guests and are not allowed in the hot tub area or exercise facility.
10. Housekeeping services are provided every third day on stays 4 nights or longer. Daily housekeeping services can be requested for an additional service fee. Should you require additional items, garbage removal or assistance with your room please contact our Front Desk Team.
11. Sundance Lodge has individual in-room heating and select rooms also have propane Fireplaces (Nov-Apr). No air conditioning exists within guest areas of the Lodge, fans are provided in Guest Rooms for air flow.
12. Ski/snowboard or bike storage is available onsite at Lobby Level. Locks are available for loan at front desk. Sundance Lodge is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged equipment.
13. Hot tub and exercise facility is open daily (subject to maintenance requirements) 8am - 10pm. Children under 16 must be accompanied in the facility by an adult to use exercise equipment or hot tub.
14. Sundance Lodge is a non smoking, non vaping location. This includes balconies, guest rooms, common areas, hot tub and entrance/exit areas. Minimum fee for smoking within our Lodge is $250.
15. All rooms are equipped with kitchenettes or full kitchens. $25+taxes cleaning fee will be applied should used kitchen dishes, glassware, cutlery etc be left for our staff to clean at your departure.
16. Limited safety deposit boxes available, please enquire at Front Desk. The Hotel is not responsible for money or valuables not protected in this manner. The Hotels liability is limited pursuant to the Hotel Keepers act. A copy of the Hotel Keepers Act relating to the Hotel and liability of the Hotel is posted in your room.
17. All damages must be reported to Front Desk. Recovery of costs for damages to Sundance Lodge property will be billed to primary guest and credit card on file.
